Our park offers self-catering static caravans & apartments of 4 * standard, we have a range of dog friendly static caravans and apartments and caravans with hot tubs that are always popular so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Surf bay Holiday Park is just a few minutes walk away from Westward Ho! village centre, which offers good facilities for all self-catering holidays including shops, restaurants, public houses and amusement arcades. The more active type can enjoy the putting green, tennis courts or nearby riding stables. Extensive Devon coastal paths and trails dot the area, making it a joy for walkers. You'll also find the oldest golf course in England at Westward Ho!, The Royal North Devon Golf Course. Enjoy family days out at fantastic local attractions and discover quaint fishing villages and be spoilt for choice with award winning local food and drink.
Our holiday park in North Devon has a spacious lawn area in the centre of the caravan holiday home accommodation, with bedding flowers and shrubs planted to enhance the landscape and make it an ideal environment to relax in. There is a laundry on the park and plenty of shops in the village, making it easy to stock up on provisions for your self-catering caravan or apartment holiday. Each static caravan and apartment has plenty of space surrounding it and there is ample room for parking along side your accommodation. The apartments sleep 4-6 and the static caravans sleep from 4-8 people with a range of facilities depending on the caravan or apartment which include TV, DVD players, Bluetooth sound system, hot tubs, jacuzzi bath, free gas & electricity and central heating for a warm and comfortable holiday. Surf Bay Holiday Park has great leisure opportunities nearby and on Westward Ho! beach at low tide (twice a day) you'll find a vast expanse of sand, providing a safe place for youngsters to play and relax on holiday.
Build the biggest sandcastle, body-board in the Devon surf or just stretch out with a good book and catch some 'Devon rays' and those who are happy with a rod in their hands can try their luck on the beach. Surf Bay Holiday Park is the ideal place to stay when you want to explore North Devon.
Clovelly is very well known and is only 20 minutes away by car and is one of the most unusual villages in North Devon. There is a 16th century cobbled high street complete with whitewashed cottages, cafes and souvenir shops that lead the way down to the quaint harbour.
Lundy Island is a short boat ride away and is a great day out for all the family. The MS Oldenburg visits the island regularly where you can take a stroll and enjoy the wildlife, spot a famous Puffins, take a look in the Lundy souvenir shop and treat yourself to a slap up meal in the Marisco Tavern which is the only pub on the island.
If you“re looking to do a bit of shopping, the little white town of Bideford is just 4 miles away where you“ll find Atlantic Village which is the indoor shopping centre for the town that is full of high street shops, cafes, a bowling alley and a great indoor & outdoor play area for children.
There is also plenty of family fun available, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way theme park are located just a few miles down the road and provide a brilliant day out for all the family.

M5 to Junction 27, pick up the A361 to Barnstaple. On the outskirts of Barnstaple head for A39 Bideford/Bude road. Follow the road until you go over the Torridge bridge, at the roundabout head for Westward Ho! After passing the Westward Ho! sign, take the second turning on the right which is Beach road, drive to the bottom, turn right and we are 50 yards on the left.
