Park Facilities

At Surf Bay Holiday Park we are ideally located a short, flat walk from the village of Westward Ho! We have our own private access to the Country Park and the golden sands of Westward Ho! beach. 

There is a small launderette located next door to Reception as well as plenty of tourist information on day trips and places of interest. Free Wifi is provided throughout the park.

The Local Area

Surf Bay Holiday Park is ideally located in North Devon and here you will find something for everyone. Westward Ho! beach is a playground for a vast number of water sports including surfing, SUP boarding and kite surfing as are the other local beaches of Woolacombe, Saunton & Croyde. The gorgeous picturesque villages of clovelly, Hartland and Appledore are only a short drive away. 

Surf Bay is also just a stones throw from some amazing restaurants, pubs and superb days out for all ages.

Directions: M5 to Junction 27, pick up the A361 to Barnstaple. On the outskirts of Barnstaple head for A39 Bideford/Bude road. Follow the road until you go over the Torridge bridge, at the roundabout head for Westward Ho! After passing the Westward Ho! sign, take the second turning on the right which is Beach road, drive to the bottom, turn right and we are 50 yards on the left.

M5 to Junction 27, pick up the A361 to Barnstaple. On the outskirts of Barnstaple head for A39 Bideford/Bude road. Follow the road until you go over the Torridge Bridge, at the roundabout go straight on, after approximately 0.25 miles, turn right for Wesward Ho! Follow road for 1 mile, down Stanwell Hill. Turn left at the bottom of the hill & Beachside Holiday Park is 50yds on right
